The Fitness Trainers at McGwire's Fitness have the responsibililty of managing the fitness floor, offering assistance to clients and guests. They also educate those who train on the safe and correct use of cardio and weight-training equipment but so much more!
McGwire Trainers also perform assessments, provide package prescription guidance, as well as answer fitness and health realted questions.

Your personal trainer will create an individualized cardio, flexibility, core strengthening and resistance training workout plan to help you maximize every workout. Personal training is available in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions:
30 Minutes Personal Training Program
Perfect for those who are short on time. Experience the benefits of personal training during sessions that fit your crazy schedule. Whether you're looking for a great lunch time workout or are always on-the-go, you can still find time to take care of you.
60 Minutes Personal Training Program
Our most popular program! During these 60-minute one-on-one sessions, a personal trainer will take you through workouts designed to help you reach your specific goals sooner. You'll learn proper form and technique to maximize your results while reducing your risk of injury. Ideal if you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture and flexibility, increase sports performance, or simply feel better.
Partners Training (2 or more people)
Want to combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer? Partners Training is perfect for you. During these 60-minute sessions, a personal trainer will take you and another member (such as a spouse, friend, or teammate) through challenging and fun workouts. It's a great way to include some friendly competition and moral support in your fitness routine.
